Discount Tire

Wanted some off-road tires for my truck. They took me back and showed me different tires and styles. They were able to get me in without an appointment and got the job done and under an hour. Then they explain to me all the warranties that came with the new tires.

Excellent customer service and welcoming staff. I ordered online with an installation appointment scheduled. When I arrived, there was a reserved spot for me to park and I was quickly greeted by Tyler. Tyler is awesome! Service was also quick and easy. Everything went so smoothly. Also great price! I have no complaints when it comes to shopping for tire services with Discount Tires. 10/10!

Had an appointment at 11am for four new tires. Young guy named Gabe checked me in and had me out the door within 45 minutes. Great price. Easy fast service. Much more affordable than some of the other guys in town.

Purchased online with an appointment. Parking spot right up front reserved with my name on it. Less than an hour later they were done. People were professional, courteous & sociable. Best tire shop in town.

Dear Discount Tire Management, I have been a customer at Discount Tire for approximately 20 years, bringing in several vehicles over that time. Your team consistently provides quality work and professional service, and you have gone to great lengths to make things right on many occasions, which keeps me coming back. During my most recent visit at the W.11th Eugene OR store, I was greeted by Austin, who was prompt and professional when advising me on my service plan. Landon Moriarty then started my work ticket and impressed me with his calm, confident demeanor. He addressed each of my concerns and helped me better understand the service for my collector car. He was very knowledgeable and personable, ensuring a professional experience. Thank you for the excellent service. 5 stars. Best, Merson Romano
